Raselle Brightstar, Tenth Child
Description
This sidhe has undergone yet more slight changes to her physical
appearance
over the years. Due to her ever increasing use of magics in witchcraft,
her
golden hair has lightened to a very pale yellow. The colored locks at
her
temples are now two faint representations of her past: one a pinkish
color
and the other a light blue. The majority of her hair is pulled back
behind
her head to keep it out of her face, except for the two locks which
frame
her narrow front and rest against her high cheekbones. Two eyes, both
the
color of vivid indigo ringed with amber circles, gaze about with a
glint of
amusement and ever-present sarcasm. Her lips are twisted into a smirk,
although they have been known to soften into a genuine smile once in a
while.
Her slender body, while sometimes covered in bulky, awkward armor
during
combat, is usually accentuated by her choice in clothing. When she is
not
clanking about in steel and chainmail, the sidhe is usually wrapped in
something tight, black, and made of leather. Her preference is to show
enough skin to reduce her reputation, but never enough to be an
invitation,
and she prides herself at having finally reached this tentative
balance.
Personality
Raselle has made quite a few changes in her life, and several years
have
added both a bit of wisdom and a bit more help becoming unpredictable.
She
has grown quite comfortable in her ways of chaos, worshiping Karnis
with
all due recklessness and abandonment, and does her best to stay
lighthearted and amused. She prefers to keep things out of the serious,
but
if they manage to wander there you can count on her to attempt to
lighten
up the surroundings.
Altogether she has grown into a - possibly - charming young woman,
escaping
the troubled mindset of her past and simply grinning at life. Her
favorite
pasttime is stirring up the public, inciting heated debates,
encouraging
insult wars, and battling with even the most respected and revered. It
is
her goal to create havoc and change, and she strives to achieve this on
a
daily basis.
Background
Raselle was born on the day of Worship, 6th of the month of the Hawk,
in
the year 240 into the Brightstar family. She lived in the castle up
until
her father's death, and continued to live in it while the family
recuperated from his loss.
Many influences affected her choices in life, and after a tumultuous
turn
to the dark side, she eventually melded into the somewhat
unpredictable,
quirky sidhe that she is today. She has since moved out of the
Brightstar
castle and now resides in her humble home also located in Tandanu. She
abides there with her two living sons, Pelucir and Breton, and her
future
husband Karithlan.
